We ship from our UK-based warehouse for all UK & European orders. That means faster delivery and no surprise customs fees.

All orders are tracked, and you’ll get your tracking info within 24–48 hours after dispatch.

Yes! We offer free tracked shipping on all orders over £25.

Currently, we only ship within the UK and Europe to ensure fast delivery and top-quality customer support.

No worries — just contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with a photo or video. We’ll replace it or refund you immediately.
6. Can I return or exchange my order?
Absolutely! You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. For returns, just contact our support team, and we’ll guide you through it.
